What is Resource Efficiency?
Energy Efficiency is just one opportunity for reducing operating costs in buildings. Resources include energy and water, but also includes effort – whether that’s from internal staff or from external contractors. Konvex seeks to bring operational savings into focus by finding efficient ways to operate buildings to reduce resources.
What is the Konvex approach?
We use remote building operation based on over 10 years of experience and 360° imaging to build a digital version of building mechanical areas. These tools are used together proactively to minimize service downtime and help staff understand how their buildings are operating.
Why use an external resource?
We are not a service to outsource your valuable staff. Instead we are a resource for them to make the best use of their time. We know that it’s all too common for additional responsibilities to change the priorities of dedicated in-house personnel. We perform monitoring services for Building Automation Systems (BAS) with proven reductions in energy and water use, as well as reducing the volume of unnecessary service call-outs. The primary outcomes are:
